It's easy as 1, 2, 3.
Just hit the reply button, type your role-play up, and then post reply.

--> a player may be in more than one thread.

Open Threads
Open threads are role-playing threads that allow two or more people to join in.
For an example: If you wanted to role-play but didn't know who to ask (or if you wanted to be surprised as to who would reply) you would create an open thread.
The subject of the thread would be: 'whatever you want [Open]'

Private Threads
Private threads are role-playing threads that allow the people listed within the subject to join in.
For an example: If you wanted to role-play with a specific character and didn't want someone else interrupting you would create a private thread.
The subject of the thread would be: 'whatever you want [Sasuke]'
However, this option isn't limited to one person, you may list as many names as you want.

Threads w/ deceased characters
Please use the same format as 'private' or 'open'; however, label the time frame of the thread to let players know when the role-play is taking place.
