The Sannin's golden eyes gleemed as they overlooked Kabuto's messy work, blood stains all the way up his subordinate's arms and gloves, fortifying signs that they truly and perhaps even simply enjoyed their work. Orochimaru watched as the cleaned liver was placed back into the body, correctly or not. "That is very true. I had to keep getting new subjects to work on before I became a Nukenin of Konohagakure; you may have liked my testing room. There were bodies strewn upon the walls, organs in jars all around. I only had one table to test on, though, which was truly a pain. But, all that work did pay off, allowing me to invent my Tensei jutsu," and how that jutsu helped him so, gracing him with the ability to switch bodies once every three years, his mortality no longer of concern to him. "Do as you like with that one, but remember that his neck is broken." The Sannin hoarsely chuckled, turning away from the table with the cut-open body on it, moving to another living cadaver that was set upon another table.
The Sannin picked up the pad of paper, examining the subject's data, causing a thin brow to perk. "Interesting, this one has a Kekkei Genkai. It's one of the Amegakure shinobi that manipulate the keratin of their bodies into harder substances. Have you ever seen one who has learned to use the bloodline limit of that clan? They become more reptilian than I. Quite an amusing clan." Slitted eyes peered over the rim of the clip-board, watching the subject's arm that draped over the side of the table. Musing over the Kekkei Genkai, Orochimaru crouched before the limb, watching as the hairs of the arm began to spread and grow in thickness and size, manipulated by the unconscious shinobi's blood. They became like armor-hide. Lifting a finger to poke them, he exaimined the toughness of it. "Kabuto, might I have something to pry one of these scales off?"

Sasuke had felt the presence he was focusing on move, too fast for him to follow, before it was behind him and the sound of metal on metal rang in the air again. He barely realized how familiar the presence was before he was shoved down, air leaving his lungs in a huffed breath with the force of the shove.
He winced as the foot came down on his ankle, twisting around just as the words left his supposed protector's lips, his eyes widening at the sight that greeted him. Red clouds on a sea of black, eyes just as red staring down at him impassively. The sudden metallic tang of blood filled his nostrils, and the realization that Itachi of all people had taken a hit for him brought on the shock, swift and strong enough to override everything else.
"Itachi...?"
As he stared in disbelief at the blood that seeped from the corners of his brother's mouth, all of the "why"s fought for a place on the tip of his tongue. Why would Itachi do something like that? Why was he here? Why for god's sake was Uchiha Itachi bleeding all over the forest floor in his place? Realizing that the blood wasn't stopping, he felt his throat go dry. No, he reasoned, Itachi couldn't die, not if it wasn't by his hand, that would just be the final touch to break him, and the irony that his brother would've died saving him was just too much.

Personally, I don't believe such a thing should have to come down to this. If there's a problem with how a person roleplays a character, that should be taken up with the person, not the whole of the forum. If a valid argument is given, give the person a chance to change what they've been doing wrong. If they don't change, then it might be reasonable to do something of this nature.
The only real "issue" that had come up before now was that I wasn't active, presumably due to the single thread that I was partaking in. If it was an issue of activity, all that had to be done was for someone to simply ask if they wanted a thread done. I would've been happy, I don't have a job or go to school or have too much of a life, so I'm usually open.
I'd honestly like to know what everyone else seems to be thinking I'm doing wrong, seeing as I've RPed this character in multiple RPs and nobody before now has had a single problem with how I do things.
If your reason is "he's not supposed to be GAY", I don't want to hear it. That's an option on this forum, so it shouldn't even be brought up. If the reason is "he shouldn't be GAY FOR ITACHI", I can understand that to a point, but I think I've been extremely slight in that respect, perhaps at the most insinuating such a thing. My personal pairing choice isn't going to effect my ability to portray the character realistically. In the past, I've ended up letting it govern far more, and I've learned better since then.
I still believe that the inner workings of Sasuke's mind are really up for interpretation. That's my two cents.

In light of recent events, manifested by myself and comments of several others, I took the liberty of causing a ruckus over the Uchiha Sasuke role. Now, I think, it grows old and dreary.
To the point, basically, it comes to this.
-- Allow the current Sasuke to remain, or replace him/her with someone else?
I find it troublesome when people do this sort of thing, and Syd, I apologize for having not done this through you having been forward with the patrons of the forum, but I believe this is the forum's choice based on preformance of character.
If you, the people of dokugiri. believe that the current Sasuke, nicknamed Uchiha Sasuke, is not fitting for the role in any way/shape/form/talent/skill/ability/fashion/anything-you-can-think-of without personal reason, by all means state your opinions and thoughts.

Itachi eyed the area of the attacker, noting that Sasuke had turned his head. Not only was Sasuke looking at him, but it would give away his cover. The Akatsuki turned to the right, preparing to flee and to retrieve Kisame. This wasn't his fight, after all. Without hesitation, Itachi retreated from his spot--only to find that the attacker had moved in the opposite direction. Because of his movements, he gave away his presence completely. Certainly this would hinder Sasuke from noticing the attacker from behind.
Instead of retreating and leaving Sasuke to the attacker like he had planned, he went off in the direction of the offender. He didn't know why--as several more kunai were thrown at Sasuke--he had jumped out in front of the weapons. Using a few more shurikens, Itachi was able to fend off a couple of kunai. However, this attack came by an abundance of more kunais.
The Akatsuki turned his head, instinct to the fact that he stood behind his brother--only to turn and shove his younger brother down with force. Itachi kept his foot on Sasuke's ankle, to keep him on the ground as he stood tall.
"You're still weak.."
If his voice was taken into consideration, Sasuke would be able to tell it was forced and slightly unsteady. As usual, Itachi's face held no expression. But his posture said otherwise as it started to slump; his left hand lifting to grasp right shoulder. He had, within that second, put the attacker into a mental coma, while using himself to shield Sasuke from one of the kunais that stuck out from his back.

Ridged teeth clamped upon the inside of a cheek, his war-mongering mind not running scenarios of battles and strategies, but rather picturing the way the flesh was ripped when his Samehada's skin tore through skin and meat, allowing the innards to be exposed to the biting air. They screamed so much. Kisame's bloodlust was natural and fitting to his appearance; a shark, perhaps the most feared of creatures born and master of the seas throughout all of time. The rows of teeth, serrated and jagged, bent on ripping apart flesh for the need of survival. Kisame was like that, yes, with the thrill of the hunt and feared on his side, but he didn't just fight for survival. His purpose was much more... recreational. Fighting was just a hobby to him, and he loved every minute of it. He loved the smell of sweat and blood; the metallic and salty tang that reached his nostrils often caused his pupils to dialate like a shark's before their eyes roll back in the skull for the strike, when their jaws hyperextended to give a more crushing and lithe bite. Ah... The merriment of bloodshed.
The blue man remained on the edge of the Kanabi Bridge, a hand twitching as those thoughts continued. However, it was obvious to him that he did not like standing still too long, almost like a child when in a shop, except he wanted to fight rather than pick candies from the counter. "Ne, Itachi-san..." the thickly-jawed man asked, resting his gaze upon the Uchiha. "What do we do now? Head back to our original route still through Stone Country? We could always head back the way we came and you can let me deal with those filth we avoided... I'll even keep my attacks low, ee-heeehn!"

Sasuke snapped rather sharply out of his trance at the sudden glint of metal, pulled completely from it by the sound of weapons colliding in midair and falling with a dull thud to the ground. He shifted his stance slowly, letting the Sharingan bleed back into his eyes as he focused on the shadows across the clearing. He'd seen where the weapons were thrown from (at least one of them), and he glared in the direction silently.
Power lay thick in the air, he could feel it sticking to him like the sweat on his skin, the stronger of the two in the brush somewhere directly in front of him now. The two sets of weapons had deflected against each other, so it seemed that one of the two mysteries had stopped the attack of the other (but which, he couldn't determine). The best guess he could manage was that the defending party was one of Orochimaru's lackies, though the person in front of him was most definitely not of that status, and he reasoned that this person was probably the one he really had to worry about.

Name: Kareki Yamori "Dead Tree" "House Lizard" Age: 20 Clan: Kareki Village: Amegakure no Sato Rank: Jounin Appearance: 6'1'' (picture above) Techniques: Kekkei Genkai - Unomi Tako Kinmekki (Swallowing Callus Gilding): Elemental Composition - Raiton & Doton. The bloodline limit of the Kareki Clan that produces excess keratin in the body. When specifically manipulated, the hairs of the body become a more condensed version of the keratin found in hairs and fingernails, resulting in â-keratin, or beta-keratin. Beta-keratin is the chemical found in the ridged scales of reptilian skin, offering both natural hardness and armor against foes. When the clan user of this Kekkei Genkai activates the bloodline limit, their body is covered by a hide of thick scales. Like the Kaguya Clan that can manipulate the calcium of their bones, the Kareki Clan manipulates the keratin. However, since keratin is grown from the skin, usage of the bloodline limit is also limited to the epidermis. The skin will become covered by the scales, growing even where hair is not present. Molecularly, the scales have a beta pleated sheet structure, until compressed and strengthened by further offerings of chakra. Also, this Kekkei Genkai may pass down into the body via gastrointestinal tract, as it must remain layered to the "epiderm", loosely used. That earns the Kareki Clan's ability to eat even rock, by crushing and grinding hard materials with the scales even inside their digestive track. The hardening of the keratin on the body does not also involve forming scales, but also with nails and hair. Nails would grow hard and even sharpen into claws if necessary, and hair would toughen into spines. When the Kareki Clan member utilizes this bloodline limit to it's full ability, it appears as though the member may be infected by Orochimaru's Cursed Seal, with the physical changes and the like. This is not true. When the Kareki Clan member uses the Kekkei Genkai, their body changes only at skin level (as well as the gastrointestinal tract). It does not brutally heighten the amount of chakra that is expelled, nor does it give them increased strength. In actuality, it makes them a greater target, as it is hard to keep thousands of rustling scales quiet when moving. *Note, this Kekkei Genkai requires that the clan member be nude before using it, so their clothes are not torn asunder.
Abilities Gained - 1. Defense: Depending on the amount of chakra offered, the hardness can reject even the sharpest of weapons, as the pathways of the scales are angled in such a way that the swing of the edges would glide off. Even crushing weapons will have difficulty breaking through this defense. The structure of the scales also provides from profuse drying and is waterproof. That does not mean, however, that Katon and Suiton jutsu will not harm. Fire can burn the most wet of woods if given the time and even the shark can drown if not given the room to move. Still, the scale-hide is resistant to most assaults. A great defense makes for better offense. 2. Attack: Taijutsu is the only attacking method actually changed by this transformation. The skin becomes like rock, and along with sharp edged scales, every punch is like being hit with stone and needles. 3. Climbing ability: The transformation gives hundreds of little bits of gripping power on the hands and feet, as well as claws that might grab into bark. This removes the need for chakra in the feet when climbing.
Abilities Lost -
4. Stealth: Because of the need to climb rather than waste chakra doing so, it makes a lot more noise when doing it like that. The scales also make noises, thus giving position away. 5. Movement (restricted at times): Since the body is made more ridged, movement is often restricted unless the joints are thinly protected. Also, the stacked weight of scales make the clan member slower.
Ninjutsu:
Doton (Earth Release):
Doryuu Heki - Earth Wall: By forcing chakra into the earth, after using the necessary handseals, a solid wall of terra will rise as a protective barrier. The size and thickness of this wall depend on how much chakra was placed into the jutsu.
Doryuu Taiga - Earth Flow River: Using the earth element, the ninja will provide the needed handseals. When this is done, the ground beneath the target will liquify and become like that of a landslide.
Yomi Numa - Swamp of the Underworld: When the handseals are completed, a swampland will form beneath the target, often forcing them into the muck, immobile.
Itaiotete Ranman - Hands of Corpses in Full Bloom: When used, Yamori's hand is placed on the ground, digits curled inwards. Then, in the same motion, the digits are extended and the hand turned to the right. After this, hands of soil will rise from the earth and grapple at the target.
